How’s the art work created?

In PETS United, we have our own designers to customize your order. We will fulfill requirement and design your own personal phone case.

How long it takes to create the art works?

Our designers will design your order in 1-2 business days.

What if I forgot to check the proof?

You have 5 days to confirm the order after we send out the proof. If we don’t receive any action from the customer within 5 days, the order will be marked as approved and shipped out as the proof shown. This is how we make sure customers receive the product on time.

Is the product we receive look exactly like the proof shown?

Yes, it will looks actually the same. But please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the printing or the monitor's display.We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Can I have multiple pets in my art works?

The maximum number is 3, we hope that we can fulfill the owner who have multiple pets. But if you have more than 3 pets, you are welcome to contact us and let us know. We discuss with our designer team to figure out the best option.

Is Pets United only for dogs and cats?

All pets are welcome! We have seen every types of animals that exists.

Shipping and Returns

How long does shipping normally take?

Delivery time is not guaranteed. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, customer get free shipping worldwide.

Does Pets United guarantee it's products?

If customers are not satisfying with the artwork proof and do not hope to finalize your order, a $9USD art fee will be charged. We start working on your order as soon as we can! The art fee will help us cover the costs since starting your order.

However, if your artwork is approved and finished, a refund will only give if you discover a fault with the item(s). Please contact us with a picture of your item(s) explaining the issue and your order number within seven days of receiving your order.

If you would like to return your product(s) because you are unsatisfied, please send us an email with your order number and an image of the product(s) you received and our team will be able to determine the status of your return based on the information provided.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the order back. All return shipping charges MUST be prepaid. We DO NOT accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.
